Book by phone on +61 7 5559 1850 or 1300 954 197. Booking a week or more in advance is recommended, though last-minute places may be available.

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, by Visa or Mastercard over the phone, or with a gift voucher number of equivalent value.

The team includes both male and female therapists — mention your preference when booking.

A 15% surcharge applies to bookings on Sundays and public holidays.

On Eagle Wings is an adults-only day spa retreat. Minimum age is 16 when accompanied by an adult, or 18 when booking yourself.

Couples' treatments may be performed together in a double room.

Larger groups should contact the retreat directly. One bill applies per group of four or more, and the group balance is due two days before the booking.

Please discuss pregnancy when booking so suitability can be confirmed. The Mother To Be Massage is for clients past their first trimester; some body wraps are unsuitable during pregnancy.

Cash and Visa or Mastercard are accepted. American Express and Diners are not accepted. The business may change services and prices without notice.

A minimum of 48 hours' notice of cancellation is required to avoid loss of your full deposit or gift voucher value. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged in full.

For group bookings of four or more (or individuals within them), at least seven days' notice is required to avoid loss of deposit; cancellations within 24 hours are billed in full.

To amend to a lesser value, please give 48 hours' notice. Upgrades depend on availability.

Published policy: a strict 7-day cancellation policy applies for 50% of the booking cost; full refunds apply only with 14 days' notice. A $250 security deposit is held before check-in and released the day after check-out.

Appropriate swimwear must be worn at all times in the spa facilities — please bring yours.

A robe, slip-on slippers and soft towels are provided, with a welcome tray on arrival.
